Attorney Charles R. Spigelman has a successful law practice in the areas of personal injury,  defense litigation, personal injury - plaintiff and general litigation. He is a founding partner of the law firm of Spigelman & Cecere, LLP, in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The majority of his cases involve premises liability, general liability claims, construction claims and motor vehicle tort claims including common carriers, ambulances and commercial carriers. Other practice areas include business litigation and appeals.

Mr. Spigelman is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Maryland and in the District of Columbia. He is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and earned his J.D. in May of 1979.
