- Mr. Fax is National Vice President, Campaign, and National Campaign Chairman of the Jewish National Fund, an organization that raises in excess of $55 million annually in the United States toward improvement of the environment in Israel, including water technology, soil reclamation, agricultural research and development, development of the desert and afforestation.
