Profile

I focus my practice on the efficient resolution of surety and fidelity claims, and in the resolution of construction claims on behalf of general contractors and subcontractors.  I also focus my practice on the efficient and common-sense handling of regulatory matters. I work with surety companies and fidelity insurers with respect to performance and payment bond claims and with regard to employee dishonesty claims.  My work with general contractors and subs includes claims resolution, mechanics liens, and surety bond claims.   I also represent insurers and corporations in regulatory disputes.   I have successfully tried construction claim cases, and have extensive experience with arbitration and mediation.
