Profile

Edward J. Gilliss has practiced law in Maryland since 1980, after graduating with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law. Ed was the County Attorney for Baltimore County from 2001 through 2004. He was President of the Maryland State Bar Association in 2006-2007. He now chairs the Baltimore County Planning Board. At Royston, Mueller, McLean & Reid, LLP, Ed's broad civil practice includes civil litigation, including real estate development, title insurance, zoning and liquor licensing issues, administrative proceedings in Baltimore County, and general representation of restaurants and other corporate entities throughout the state.
