Profile

Elizabeth Stup began her legal career as a paralegal for a Virginia law firm and later served as a legal assistant for Maryland law firms and as an investigator for a private investigative agency before ultimately graduating from the University of Baltimore's School of Law in December of 2002. After passing the bar exam early in 2003, Elizabeth founded her own law firm and focused her practice on resolving family law-related issues for people in Frederick, Washington, Howard and Carroll counties. Today, Elizabeth and her associates maintain a full-service family law practice handling matters such as adoption, divorce, custody, support, visitation, alimony and the division of marital property. She is also an accomplished mediator, a trained collaborative law professional and an effective trial lawyer.
