George S. Tolley III is a partner of Dugan, Babij & Tolley, LLC, operating in Timonium and Baltimore, Maryland. He litigates complex personal injury cases on behalf of victims of medical malpractice. Typical cases he handles include birth injuries such as brachial plexus, delayed cancer diagnosis, emergency room malpractice and wrongful death, among others.

Murray of the U.S. District Court of Maryland. He is currently licensed to practice law in Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina and the District of Columbia, among other specialty jurisdictions and appellate courts across the country.
