Henry E. Dugan, Jr. is a native of Baltimore and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Catholic University in 1966 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Maryland in 1973.  Mr. Dugan is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers; The American Board of Trial Advocates; The American Association for Justice (State Delegate 1984-1986); Maryland State Bar and American Bar Associations; The Bar Associations of Baltimore City and Baltimore County; Maryland Trial Lawyers Association (Member, Board of Governors 1981-1985; Treasurer 1986); and The American Judicature Society.  In addition to the Maryland Bar, Mr. Dugan is also licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and the State of West Virginia. Mr. Dugan has been lead trial counsel for victims in obtaining many of the largest multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts in medical malpractice and product liability cases throughout the Eastern part of the United States. He has been a speaker at both National and Local Trial Advocacy seminars and was chosen as one of the Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiffs' Lawyers in America in 2007 and was a finalist in the Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers of all specialties that same year.
