Profile

Mr. Peek started his career defending doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice claims but for the past ten years he has only represented individuals and families injured as a result of medical malpractice. Mr. Peek regularly obtains recoveries in excess of $1 million and received a jury verdict in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Maryland of over $7 million on behalf of a client injured as a result of medical malpractice. Mr. Peek was elected to the Board of Governors of the the Maryland Association for Justice, (formerly, the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association)and is the Vice-Chair of the Medical Negligence section.  He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Baltimore City, the District of Columbia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
