Profile

Jennifer is an experienced adoption and ART attorney.  She is licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia.  Jennifer works with traditional and LGBT families who are building or growing their family through domestic or international adoption or with the assistance of donors or surrogates. Jennifer also handles dissolutions for LGBT clients looking to resolve their matters through a collaborative process. She is a trained mediator and collaborative attorney, a fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and the American Academey of Assisted Reproduction Technology Attorneys, a professional member of RESOLVE and Families for Private Adoption. Jennifer has written articles, lectured, spoken at legal education courses and has been a television panelist on the issues of adoption and surrogacy in Maryland.
