Jennifer is the author of the ABA published book, "The Adoption Law Handbook." She is an experienced Adoption and Reproductive Law attorney licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Jennifer works with traditional, gay, married and single parent families who are building their family through domestic or international adoption or with the assistance of donors or surrogates. She works with clients from the searching phase of their family building plan to the finalization of any legal matters to confirm parentage. Jennifer also handles collaborative dissolutions for gay and lesbian clients looking to resolve their matters through a collaborative process. She is a trained mediator and collaborative attorney, a fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and the American Academey of Assisted Reproduction Technology Attorneys, a professional member of RESOLVE and Families for Private Adoption. Jennifer has written articles, lectured, spoken at legal education courses and has been a television panelist on the issues of adoption and surrogacy in Maryland.
