Jennifer Muskus concentrates her trial and appellate practice on family law. A partner in Muskus & Muskus, L.L.C., she serves clients in Fort Washington, Maryland and the surrounding areas. Jennifer is committed to providing sound advocacy in divorce proceedings, child support, child custody and visitation agreements and modifications, domestic violence, adoption and property settlement cases.
A member of Prince George's County Bar Association since 2003, Jennifer now serves on its Executive Board of Directors and on its Judicial Selections Committee. She is a member of the Women's Bar Association of Maryland and former president of the Prince George's County Chapter. A member of the Maryland State Bar Association since 2003, Jennifer now serves on its Professionalism Committee and is a former fellow of its Leadership Academy (2004-2005). Jennifer received her B.A. summa cum laude from Elon College, now Elon University, and her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore.
Active in community service, Jennifer has received the 2007 Small Firm Pro Bono Award and the Community Legal Services 2008 Pro Bono Award from the Women's Bar Association of Maryland. She participates in the Maryland Disability Law Center Children's Education Project, and she has served on the steering committee for the Women Moving Forward conference.
