Kathleen Cahill is committed to advocating for employees in all areas of employment rights, from sexual harassment and discrimination to employment agreements. Ms. Cahill also represents victims of sexual assault, medical malpractice, and other serious injuries. She has been litigating for 25 years and has successfully resolved many disputes through negotiation and mediation. She began her career at Piper & Marbury (now DLA Piper) and founded her own firm 20 years ago. Ms. Cahill is the current Chair of MELA and a former Board Member of NELA, ATLA’s Employment Rights Section, the Bar Association of Baltimore City, and MTLA. Ms. Cahill teaches trial advocacy at University of Baltimore School of Law. Ms. Cahill is well known for her tenacity and tireless commitment to her clients.
