Prior to joining DeCaro, Doran, Siciliano, Gallagher & DeBlasis, Mr. Kohl was an associate with Sasscer, Clagett & Bucher.  Mr. Kohl also clerked for the Honorable Christopher C. Henderson in Charles County, Maryland.  He graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., holds a Master's Degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois, and was a Bradley Fellow at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Kohl's practice has primarily focused on defending personal injury, motor vehicle accident, and medical malpractice cases and litigating insurance disputes.  He has tried cases in the District and Circuit Courts in Maryland and the Superior Court for the District of Columbia and has also argued before Maryland's appellate courts.  Mr. Kohl's practice has also included representing persons injured in motor vehicle accidents and slip-and-falls, and representing contractors in securing payment from their customers.
Mr. Kohl practices throughout Maryland and in the District of Columbia.  He resides in Calvert County, Maryland.
