Paul J. Reinstein is an AV-rated* family law attorney who, in 2009, was named one of the top 88 divorce lawyers in the entire Washington, D.C. metro area. Mr. Reinstein received his juris doctorate in 1980 from Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America.

Mr. Reinstein practices family law from Upper Marlboro, Maryland, where he is a partner with Sasscer, Clagett & Bucher. At SCB, Mr. Reinstein captains a powerhouse team of family law attorneys who capably handle complex and unique family law disputes such as military divorce, division of assets in a high net worth divorce, relocation of a child after divorce and spousal maintenance conflicts.

In addition to practicing family law, Mr. Reinstein instructs other attorneys in the practice of family law. He is an annual presenter at the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers' Institute For Family Law Associates.
