Paula A. Calimafde chairs Paley Rothman's Retirement Plans and Employee Benefits practice groups. She has more than 30 years of experience advising companies on qualified and non-qualified plans. Paula is a nationally recognized leader in the field of creative and individually tailored retirement plan designs for businesses, lectures throughout the country, and is a frequent contributor to the NYU Review of Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation. She has also worked with numerous members of Congress on a variety of employee benefit policy issues. Paula is a Charter Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel, and a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
