Paula A. Calimafde chairs Paley Rothman's Retirement Plans and Employee Benefits and Government Relations Practice Groups. She has more than 30 years of experience advising companies on qualified and non-qualified plans. Paula is a nationally recognized leader in individually tailored retirement plan designs for businesses, lectures throughout the country, and is a contributor to the NYU Review of Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation volume. She has worked with Congress on employee benefit policy issues. She is a Charter Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel and a Fellow of ACTC and ACTEC. She was named as a Washington Smart CEO Top Lawyer (2009) and listed in Maryland and Washington, D.C. Super Lawyers (2007-2009).
