Family law attorney Paula J. Peters has been practicing law since 1979. In the years since receiving her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, she has played a major role in shaping the practice of family law in Maryland. She was appointed by the governor to serve on the Maryland Commission for Women and on the Advisory Council on Child Support Enforcement. She has worked with the Maryland General Assembly to revise and improve the laws related to child support and has held numerous leadership positions in state and local bar associations.
Ms. Peters received an AV rating* from Martindale Hubbell's peer rating service, the highest rating possible. She was selected by the Anne Arundel County attorneys to participate on the Trial Courts Judicial Nominating Commission for multiple terms. She serves as a master/examiner appointed by the judges of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County.
