Profile
I am board certified in consumer bankruptcy law and have over 20 years experience. I help honest debtors get the fresh start they deserve. I also enjoy turning the tables on your creditors. I have been successful in getting mortgage servicers and originators to reduce the mortgage amount they were claiming, including very significant interest rate reductions, and I usually get the mortgage companies to pay most of my clients' attorney's fees. If you are sick and tired of getting the short end of the stick from your mortgage company and are ready to do something about it, email me or give me a call.
