Prior to starting Zarbin Law Firm in Upper Marlboro in Maryland, Robert Zarbin was a top litigating attorney at Saiontz & Kirk and the Jaklitsch Law Group. Mr. Zarbin has been practicing in the field of perosnal injury litigation for twenty-five years. His experience includes representing claimants in automobile accidents, truck accidents, workers' compensation and product liability suits and at all levels, whether it is the District Court, the Circuit Court, the Worker's Compensation Commission, the Superior Court, or the Appellate Courts.
A graduate of Loyola University School of Law, Mr. Zarbin is licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Justinian Society. He is the Past President of the Maryland Association for Justice and served as the Chair of the Legislative Section. As the Legislative Chair, Mr. Zarbin has spent a great deal of the time with the Legislature fighting to protect the rights of injured people.
