Mr. Hanley handles a wide variety of litigation including complex personal injury, medical malpractice, commercial litigation, and appellate advocacy in state and federal courts. He has obtained several settlements or verdicts in excess of $1 million. An honors graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, he served as law clerk to the Honorable William R. Buchanan, Sr. of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. A member of the Baltimore County and Maryland State Bar Associations as well as the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, he has been a faculty member of the Professionalism Course for newly admitted lawyers.
