Robert T. Franklin handles a wide variety of litigation, corporate, and regulatory matters for motor carriers, private fleet operators, and their insurers. Bob serves as General Counsel to the Maryland Motor Truck Association. He is an active member of many transportation-related professional organizations including the Transportation Lawyers Association, the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA), and the Association of Transportation Law Professionals. Bob is a past chair of the American Bar Association Commercial Transportation Litigation Committee and the Defense Research Institute (DRI) Trucking Law Committee. He is an honors graduate of Duke University and the University of Maryland School of Law.
