Steven A. Allen, Esq., a litigator for over 30 years, practices in the areas of general and commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense in the federal and state courts, and before administrative agencies and professional boards. Mr. Allen is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was the Notes and Comments Editor of the Law Review. Mr. Allen served a clerkship to a Judge on the Maryland Court of Appeals, and, from 1980 to 1985, was an Assistant United States Attorney in Maryland. Mr. Allen has served as an Instructor at the University of Baltimore School of Law and has been a speaker on various litigation issues. He has received an AV peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
