Steven A. Allen, Esq., a litigator for over 30 years, practices in the areas of general and commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense in the federal and state courts, and in administrative proceedings before professional boards. Mr. Allen is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was the Notes and Comments Editor of the Law Review. Mr. Allen served a one-year clerkship to a Judge on the Maryland Court of Appeals, and, from 1980 to 1985, was an Assistant United States Attorney in Maryland.
