Over the course of a career spanning more than 35 years, Susan J. Rubin has established herself as a highly skilled, ethical and effective legal advocate. Ms. Rubin earned her bachelor's degree, with cum laude honors, from the Ohio State University in 1967, and her Juris Doctor, also with honors, from the George Washington University National Law Center in 1974. She has also been actively involved with a number of professional organizations during her career and is currently admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, New York and various federal courts.
