In 2007, Colucci, Colucci, Marcus & Flavin, P.C., enjoyed its most successful year in the firm’s long history. Dino and Darin Colucci took the case anyway with the full expectation that, in the end, they would deliver justice to their innocent client. “We just thought that the former law was wrong, plain and simple,” says Darin Colucci. “Before coming to us, our client’s case had previously been declined by numerous prominent law firms because, I imagine, they thought it was hopeless. We went into the matter with our eyes open, knowing that the odds were against us, but willing to bet on ourselves nonetheless. In the final analysis, we knew it was a fight worth fighting.”
