My practice consists primarily of family law and divorce. While I have tried cases in the Massachusetts Probate Courts and Superior Courts since 1973, I believe that Mediation and Collaborative Practice are the preferred methods of dispute resolution in these kinds of cases involving close family relations that continue after the dispute is settled. I have acted frequently as a Special Master and Arbitrator in helping people resolve their family law  concerns.
