James DeCamp is a founding member of Clark & Elbing and a partner since 2002. He advises clients on domestic and international patent portfolio development and strategic planning for new product development. He represents clients in a wide range of complex technological areas, serving as counsel to clients in the U.S., Europe, Canada, India, China, and Japan. James' practice emphasizes inventions in the field of molecular biology, including transgenic plants, recombinant nucleic acid and protein products, and drug development technologies. From 1988-1992, James was a Research Associate and Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Cellular and Developmental Biology, Harvard University.
