John B. Manning is a partner at Cooley Manion Jones LLP and concentrates his practice in civil litigation, products liability, toxic torts, commercial disputes, professional liability, intellectual property, employment litigation, and insurance coverage. He possesses extensive trial and appellate experience and is licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Mr. Manning serves as National Counsel for an international products manufacturer, and he represents numerous companies locally and regionally in high-exposure litigation. Mr. Manning graduated from Harvard University (B.A., cum laude, 1988) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1991), where he was a member of the Law Review.
