Profile

Kerry Paul Choi has worked with the victims of personal injury for over 30 years, focused on helping them to recover their losses and find some peace of mind through the legal process. Over the years, Mr. Choi has successfully handled numerous complex cases, involving issues such as defective product design, medical negligence, engineering negligence, construction site accidents, gas explosions, and complex trucking and automobile accidents, among many others. Mr. Choi is a very active in legal education, serving as an adjunct professor in "Advanced Torts" at Suffolk University Law School. He is also a faculty member for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE)/New England Law Institute Trial Advocacy Institute, where he frequently speaks on issues relative to civil trial and litigation, such as serving on a panel for a "Trial Advocacy Workshop." Mr. Choi also frequently lectures for the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
