Lee Holland's practice includes business litigation advocacy services as well as alternative dispute resolution services. Lee also represents hospitals in connection with Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) appeals.
Lee has a decade of litigation experience representing business owners and professionals, including financial advisers, architects, and engineers. Lee has represented construction companies, materials suppliers, owners, and design professionals at all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation negotiations, through trial and appeal. Lee has also represented individuals in connection with partnership breakups, deferred compensation/earn-out disputes, and other business disputes, bringing and defending claims such as breach of fiduciary duty, breach of the implied covenant of good faith, and breach of contract.
In addition to being an experienced advocate, Lee has over six years of dispute resolution experience as a neutral. He has been a Public Arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) since May 2005.
Lee graduated from Cornell Law School. He also holds a B.A. in English from Princeton University. Lee's law practice makes efficient use of technology. His office is a virtual one.
