Loretta T. Attardo was an active practitioner in Employment and Labor Law for 27 years. Since 2007 her practice  concentrates in alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration of employment, labor and other commercial disputes. She also serves as an independent fact-finder and investigator for internal complaints of discrimination and harassment. She is an active member of the American Arbitration Association's commercial , employment and labor panels and previously served on the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination ADR panel. She is a past member of the ABA Labor and Employment Section Council and currently a Fellow of the National College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
