Mr. Gaynor has obtained numerous multimillion-dollar recoveries for his clients and has also successfully defended clients in business litigation matters involving antitrust, insurance coverage, shareholder and partnership disputes, intellectual property, complex commercial and financial transactions and white collar criminal defense. Mr. Gaynor graduated from the University of Chicago in 1988 and from Boston College Law School in 1993.
