Profile

Michael B. Cosentino focuses his practice on business litigation as well as general commercial litigation. Mr. Cosentino has extensive experience in the financial services area including successfully representing broker-dealers, financial advisors, investment banks, directors, officers, and management and employees in various customer-initiated cases and injunctive and arbitration proceedings before FINRA and in federal and state courts. In addition, Mr. Cosentino has extensive experience in a variety of legal issues arising from employment relationships, including wrongful termination and non-competition disputes. Mr. Cosentino also represents clients in all aspects of probate-related litigation.
