Michael B. Cosentino is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. He is chairperson of Seegel's litigation department, concentrating his practice on civil litigation, focusing on business litigation. Mr. Cosentino has extensive experience in the financial services area, representing both securities firms and financial advisors in individual and institutional customer disputes before the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. and NASD Dispute Resolution, Inc. He has litigated and arbitrated a variety of legal issues arising from employment relationships, including wrongful termination claims and non-competition disputes. In addition, Mr. Cosentino has handled numerous matters in the areas of insurance, breaches of contract, fraud, and tortious interference with contractual relations.
