Richard W. Paterniti is a partner at Cooley Manion Jones LLP. His practice focuses on medical malpractice, general liability, employment and commercial litigation. Rich has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the country and has successfully obtained numerous multi-million dollar resolutions for injured clients. Rich previously practiced at a national law firm where he represented clients in employment litigation. He has published several articles on various legal issues. Rich is admitted to practice in all Massachusetts state and federal courts, all Rhode Island state and federal courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Rhode Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the Rhode Island Association for Justice. Rich also serves of the Board of Directors for Wide Horizons for Children, Inc.
