Attorney Bob Thomas is the founder of Thomas & Associates, a highly respected Boston law firm with a nationwide practice. He handles a wide variety of fraud-related issues, including whistleblower representation, qui tam litigation, False Claims Act cases, internal fraud and corruption investigations, grand jury investigations, white collar criminal defense and general civil and criminal litigation.

Mr. Thomas's firm has successfully recovered more than $3 billion for U.S. taxpayers and millions more for private clients. In appreciation of his outstanding contribution to United States v. Wilson & Interstate General Company, he was honored with the E.P.A. Bronze Award.

After graduating magna cum laude from Princeton University in 1980 and cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1985, he completed a judicial clerkship for U.S. District Judge Walter E. Black. In 1989, he became assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Maryland. Currently, Mr. Thomas is a member of the bar of the State of Maryland, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.
