Robert W. Representative cases include a significant verdict involving a train accident causing serious injury to a child, recovery for complications involving failed warnings for a dangerous drug, a successful trial verdict for a student pilot who was injured due to negligent air traffic control, and a reward for failure to diagnose in a complex injury claim. As a highly involved member of his professional community, Bob Casby is a past president of the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and had served on the Board of Governors of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys from 1995-1999. In addition to his contributions as a professional leader, he is a frequent lecturer, locally and nationally, for the American Law Institute-American Bar Association (ALI-ABA), Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) and other organizations.
