Timothy C. Kelleher III is a partner at the Boston firm Cooley Manion Jones LLP. He is a graduate of Boston College and Suffolk Law School. He has been a trial lawyer for over 20 years. His practice focuses on civil litigation including general liability, product liability, construction site litigation, civil rights litigation and commercial litigation. Mr. Kelleher is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and serves on its Board of Governors. He has written and contributed to numerous articles and seminars in the areas of civil litigation and trial practice.
