In 2009, The Googasian Firm continued its record of achievement in litigation and service to the legal profession. In one matter, a major corporation turned to the firm for help following entry of an astounding $376 million judgment; The Googasian Firm successfully moved to set aside the judgment after a federal district judge ruled that a “fraud on the court” had occurred. In another matter, the firm litigated and resolved a matter on behalf of a catastrophically disfigured client within months of her life-changing injury.
