Mr. LaKritz, a Phi Beta Kappa and Honors (cum laude) law graduate from Wayne State University, is a trial attorney who has achieved great success litigating or resolving numerous personal injury cases in excess of $1 million. A member of the Federal Bar Association, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and has been selected by the Oakland County Bench to serve as voluntary Judge Pro Tem, as Mediator, and as Arbitrator. His excellent legal staff includes his daughter, Dana LaKritz Marcus, formerly of Butzel Long. Always rated as AV (highest rating by Martindale-Hubbell), Mr. LaKritz has been named in the Michigan Super Lawyers list for five consecutive years, and was recently been selected for inclusion in the 2011 edition of Best Lawyers in America.
