Ms. Rosati specializes in the areas of land use, zoning, and municipal law. She co-authored the Michigan Zoning, Planning and Land Use book published by ICLE, and is currently drafting a portion of the new Municipal Law book to be published by ICLE. She is a frequent speaker at conferences at both the state and national level. Ms. Rosati is an active member and former Chair of the Council for the Public Corporation Law Section of the State Bar and is a former Chair of the Municipal Law Committee for the Oakland County Bar Association. In addition to being recognized in 2006-2011 in Michigan Super Lawyers, she was named one of the Top 50 Women lawyers in 2007, and 2009 through 2011. She also was the 2006 recipient of the Distinguished Municipal Attorney Award from the Michigan Association of Municipal Attorneys. She was designated a Top Lawyer by DBusiness and Hour Magazine in her practice areas in 2010 through 2012.
