Christopher S. Frescoln is an experienced and respected civil trial lawyer. He regularly represents title companies, businesses, lending institutions and individuals in real property and commercial property litigation. He has successfully resolved commercial and title disputes in the circuit courts, federal District courts and court of appeal in Michigan.

Mr. Frescoln earned his B.A. in history from the University of Michigan in 1997. During his university years, he was a member of the 1996 NCAA national championship team and a letter winner on the Michigan hockey team for four years in a row.

In 2001, Mr. Frescoln graduated with his J.D. from Wayne University Law School in Michigan. He is currently a member of the executive board for the University of Michigan's Letterwinners M Club. He is also a member of the real property law section of the State Bar of Michigan and of the Detroit County Day School Alumni Council.
