Daniel T. Geherin, a partner with SIMON & GEHERIN PLLC, is licensed to practice law in Michigan and California.  Prior to becoming a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Geherin was a Prosecutor in Los Angeles, where he prosecuted gang offenses, sexual assaults, narcotics violations, juvenile delinquency, and complex white-collar criminal offenses.  As a criminal defense attorney, he has defended nearly every type of criminal offense throughout Southeastern Michigan.  Mr. Geherin has completed over three hundred adult and juvenile criminal trials, argued before the Michigan Court of Appeals, and conducted hundreds of Secretary of State Driver’s License Appeals hearings throughout Michigan.
