Darcie R. Brault is a Michigan trial attorney with decades of experience in all areas of state and federal employment litigation and appeals. Primarily representing employees, she has achieved impressive jury trial verdicts and settlements in discrimination cases and other matters. She is known for her particular skill in multiplaintiff litigation and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) litigation.
Holding Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating (AV Preeminent*), Ms. Brault was selected for inclusion in the 2009 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the field of labor and employment law. She was also named as a "Top Lawyer" by DBusiness Magazine and ranked in the top 50 women lawyers.
Ms. Brault earned her J.D. in 2000 from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan. Currently, she serves as an Oakland County and Wayne County case evaluator. She was also elected chair of the State Bar of Michigan's Labor and Employment Law Section.
