David A. Kotzian is the managing member of David A. Kotzian, PLLC in Farmington Hills, Michigan.  For the past 24 years, his practice has been concentrated in employment rights litigation, counseling, arbitration and mediation.  Mr. Kotzian is a 1984 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, and also earned his Ph.D. in Labor Economics from the University of Michigan.  He is the Past Chair of the Oakland County Employment Law Committee, and a past Council Member of the State Bar of Michigan Labor and Employment Law Section. Mr. Kotzian is also on the Roster of Neutral Employment Law Arbitrators and Mediators for the American Arbitration Association.  He was selected as the one of the top 10 lawyers in the State of Michigan by Superlawyers.  Mr. Kotzian has also been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America in Employment Law for the past ten years, and was elected to the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
