Verdicts and Settlements:

• I have successfully tried numerous cases to verdict.  For example, after a two week jury trial, I obtained a “no cause for action” verdict in favor of my lawyer-client who was sued for legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and fraud. Plaintiff attorney’s original demand was $3 million, and he asked the jury to award nearly $1 million in alleged damages.

• I normally represent Michigan lawyers, accountants, insurance brokers and real estate professionals. I also represent a number of corporations in defense of product liability claims.
