Mr. Moss is licensed to practice before all the state and federal courts of Michigan, including the Michigan Supreme Court and several Michigan Court of Appeals panels. He is also a certified case evaluator and mediator, and is regularly selected by other attorneys to serve as an arbitrator in complicated cases.
