I grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and attended the University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University where I graduated with a B.S. in Pharmacy. While attending Thomas M. Cooley Law School, I started working with the Church Wyble, PC law firm. I have been on the Executive Board of the Michigan Association for Justice since 1985. I was appointed to the Michigan Supreme Court Committee on Civil Model Jury Instructions, elected Treasurer of the Michigan Democratic Party, appointed by Governor Granholm as Chair of the Michigan Public Educational Facilities Authority, and recently appointed to the State Bar of Michigan Negligence Section Council. I have been married to my wife Jill since 1985, and we are proud of our two children, Hannah and Max.
