Euel W. Kinsey Jr. is a partner at McKeen & Associates, P.C., a Detroit-based personal injury and medical malpractice law firm serving clients in Michigan and nationwide. Euel began his career as an attorney in 1984. Since 1988, he has focused the majority of his practice on medical malpractice litigation, with particular emphasis on representing children who have sustained birth injuries. In 1997, Euel began to expand his practice beyond Michigan and is now actively litigating cases involving birth trauma in Tennessee, Arkansas and Wisconsin as well. Euel has won several trials with verdicts in excess of $1 million, including a net verdict of nearly $21 million in one Wisconsin birth trauma case that was tried in federal court.

Euel holds an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell and has been actively involved with several legal and civic-minded organizations throughout his career. He is also an accomplished pilot. Euel currently sits on the board of directors of Lifeline Pilots, an organization dedicated to providing free nonemergency medical transportation to people in need. In 2006, he was awarded the Aircraft Owners Pilot Association's (AOPA) prestigious Laurence P. Scharples Perpetual Award in recognition for his work to preserve Detroit City Airport.
