Faten Tina Shuker's exclusive area of practice is immigration and nationality law. She has represented clients throughout the U.S. and the world. Representations include but are not limited to: citizenship and naturalization; investor, entertainment, employment, and family-based immigration; asylum; removal proceedings; federal court proceedings; civil appeals; and complex waiver cases. She has assisted indigent clients by volunteering her time at non-profit organizations, and assisting refugees from Iraq. She is also highly experienced in counseling immigrants and criminal defense attorneys about the immigration consequences of criminal activity. Mrs. Shuker has presented lectures and hosted discussions on Albanian TV and on Immigration Today, a Middle-Eastern TV and radio program.
