Gerald Thurswell is the founder of The Thurswell Law Firm and his firm represents people injured or killed as a result of auto, bus, truck and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, and medical malpractice. He graduated with honors at age 23 from Wayne State University Law School in 1967. He is a past president of the ATLA Metropolitan Detroit Chapter, and is on the Executive Board of the Michigan Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice law in MI, NY, DC, CO, IL, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is recognized in Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who in the World. He handles medical malpractice cases. Recently, a child with cerebral palsy received an $11.5 million settlement. He has obtained millions of dollars for his clients in medical malpractice and birth injury/cerebral palsy cases.
