Guido Aidenbaum is the managing member of Aidenbaum Schloff and Bloom PLLC. He represents numerous clients in connection with a broad range of real estate transactions and commercial litigation matters. Guido's clients include shopping center and office building owners and developers in connection with: leasing, acquiring, financing, and selling properties locally, regionally and nationally; litigating evictions and collections; and negotiating contracts for various goods and services. His clients also include borrowers and lenders in connection with financing multifamily housing developments using HUD-insured loan programs. Guido is an ex-Marine officer and war veteran who graduated cum laude from University of Michigan Law School.
