With the firm since its August 2002 inception, Jim Spagnuolo of Freedman, Herskovic & Spagnuolo, PLC, focuses on automobile cases. Representing both first party and third-party cases, Mr. Spagnuolo works to secure benefits that plaintiffs may be entitled to under the Michigan No-Fault Law. His practice is located in Southfield, Michigan.
Mr. Spagnuolo has a special interest in pursuing institutional fraud claims against insurance companies for their fraudulent business practices in wrongfully denying claims. He also handles medical malpractice, products liability, general negligence and premises liability claims.
A graduate of Wayne State University School of Law, Mr. Spagnuolo is a member of the Michigan State Bar, the Oakland County Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is also a member of Families Exploring Down Syndrome, Brain Injury Association of Michigan and is a life member of the Disabled American Veterans since being honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps.
