Profile

Graduated from Wayne State University Law School in 1995. Associate Editor of Law Review and member of Moot Court. Graduated from Kalamazoo College in 1986, receiving a B.A. degree in Biology. Currently admitted in all Michigan Courts and the Sixth Circuit Federal Courts. Mr. Kline has been practicing civil litigation for 14 years and has participated in trials in many counties throughout Michigan in both state district and circuit courts. Mr. Kline has also successfully argued motions in the Michigan Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court in Detroit. Mr. Kline has written appellate court pleadings for the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Sixth District Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court, and the Michigan Court of Appeals. Additionally, Mr. Kline has participated in AAA arbitrations, private arbitrations, mediations, and settlement facilitations throughout Michigan.  Mr. Kline is a trained mediator and has completed the ICLE Family Law Certificate Program.
